The resurrection of Jake The Snake review will focus on what the documentary presents and means in terms of inspiration, rather than as a substance for entertainment.
We, here at OnReplayTV don’t do much review on documentaries, but this one stroked our interest, when we decided to follow through.
It is a normal documentary with all the documentary aspects, but goes a mile or two more to be personal and raw and very open about every single one of those aspects.
It is also not just a documentary about the main heroes from the feature, but more or less a general entry into the lives of WWE fighters after glory life.
The life that many people see is not so glorious as it was in the ring. That is a phenomenon we see often with various sportsmen.
But dropping to the lowest of lows, and facing the worst of the worst situations is not that common thich makes this documentary a must watch, if you want a bit of raw, realistic drama and inspiration from the real people.
The resurrection of Jake The Snake Review
The documentary teaches how to believe in someone when he himself doesn’t. These words might sound like, well, no one is doing that anymore.
In fact, there are not a lot of people who have done that before in general. However, it turns out Jake The Snake Roberts in his time believed in the young man and helped him build his career.
The young man is DDP Diamond Dallas Page who turned into a self-help guru of some kind. Page, then, seeks him out in hopes that he might be able to just see and say “Hi”.
However, upon finding the place he lives, which to be honest is something that a school boy could afford given the right mindset.
He, then, convinces him to try Yoga, the new type of Yoga he invented that helps him stay both physically and mentally healthy.
He, finally, convinces him and bring back to life, facing some challenges along the way. I would talk about the challenges as well, but I don’t want to spoil the movie.
So, The Snake doesn’t find it easy though , relapses a few times and has some really personal and emotional talk and eventually recovers. Hence the name is resurrection of Jake The Snake.
However, it is also worth noting that the talks and the conversations are so real. Well it is a documentary, it is supposed to be real, but really they just straight up show it all.
I like how emotional it gets. It made me cry at some point, because you understand who they used to be and who they are now.
It is not always fame and money leaves a good mark, especially if you were not prepared for it.
Final Points
Overall, the documentary is good and captures the heart of the audience from the start. They don’t shy away from telling everything the way it is.
There are many emotional points and they are discussed without a single shame or prejudice of how they might be judged.
Because sharing your struggles will in fact help others understand you better rather than get judged for them.
